This is your starting point in The CORE MOVEMENT.
This free challenge lets you try it out and experience what a few focused minutes each day can do.
We kick off the CORE MOVEMENT with the Hollow Hold
— the ultimate foundation for body control.
It helps you connect with your center, protects your lower back,
and builds stability for everything from lifts to handstands.
Mastering this movement sets you up for safer, stronger, and more confident movement.
Each workout takes just 10-15 minutes and requires no equipment.
On day one, you’ll test your max. hollow hold.
Over the next five days, you’ll complete structured core workouts.
On day seven, you’ll retest your max. hollow hold.
Your final score is the difference in time between day one and day seven.

At home, at the gym, by yourself, with friends, or while traveling.
